Admin Tab Not working

Hi,
I am using TS 7.1. The administartion tab has suddenly stopped working. Its giving "could not connect please constact your system administarator".
From our end we have checked the DB connections and restarted the JBOSS but nothing seems to work...
Any solution for this ?

Try running iwirstat from Interwoven\CommonServicesClient\bin\ directory. See if it returns results. What database is used? Is it in the same server where TS resides? Check the CommonServices DB for IR_SERVICEINFO table, see the number of entries there and post the response.
