Workflow issue

Hi All,

I am new to Workflow modeler, and am facing an issue while configuring workflow.

1.)Created a workflow and configured for 2 branches(A and

.
2.)Customized initiation screen and configured custom_config file for both the branches.
3.)All deployment parameters(deployment file name,database name,targetarea and target node) are configured in custom_config file.

Here workflow "A" is working without having any issue and workflow "B" is getting failed with the below error

"OpenDeploy Status Unknown. FAILED. Locating OpenDeploy service. Got OpenDeploy service ***ERROR - Caught exception in runIt(). Details: Call by setDeployName(). Deployment name can not be null or an empty string. Please check that the OpenDeploy server is running. "

Workflow "B" is not getting values from custom_config file.

Could some one help me to resolve this issue.

Check "odDeploymentName" variable is configured and getting the value(not null) in Deployment task.

Are you using two different workflows or same workflow configured for 2 branches?

odDeploymentName is a configurable variable and it's configured in custom_config file.instead of getting values from custom_config file,it's getting from default.so all custom variable are coming null.but in 1st workflow it's getting from custom_config file.
same workflow configured for 2 branches.

Could you tell me any configuration is required?

Are you referring defaultconfig.xml file as custom_config file?.

Check your all external task code and see is there branch based logic has used to reset/change the odDeploymentName variable value.
