prefix changed in 3.1?

The resulting xml of all Java code that's executed as a Prefix is different from the previous LS version(302). There's no longer a sub node in the node.

I used to do
[html]

[/html]
And in LS 3.1, to make it work,it has to become:
[html]

[/html]

is this a bug or a feature in 3.1?

That was a "bug fix", the prefix results were supposed to go into the same place externals do so that they can be freely interchanged without modifying the XSL. If you depends on old behavior just add that extra element to the return or adjust your XSL to not look for Prefix element in the xpath.
