What is the issue here in workflow, not able to deploy any content

How to resolve this type of error, i think its not related to OD issue.

What makes you think the issue is not related to OD? The fact that almost every single error message contains the word deploy? The fact that the task description (which admittedly is arbitrary and doesn't have to actually reflect truth, logic or reason) also indicates that its purpose is to allow you to fix problems with the production deployment?

Personally - I'd try to fix the OD problem and then see if any other errors persist (the one about the DTD can be ignored - it's annoying but generally harmless)

You should post your own log snippet in a new thread. The log statements above are fairly generic and don't actually uncover the root cause of the problem, so there's a fair chance that his fix won't even work for you.

First check your OD logs. That's the most likely cause of the failure.

IF AND ONLY IF OpenDeploy isn't creating new logs and nothing new shows up in od.log, it might've failed in the Java code. You can turn on debug logging via /iw-cc/command/iw.base.loggers and try again. content_center.log and/or server.log will be the lucky recipient of more useful messaging. Specifically, you want to enable debug logging for these packages:
com.interwoven.livesite.workflow
com.interwoven.livesite.deployment
com.interwoven.livesite.opendeploy
com.interwoven.livesite.lscs
com.interwoven.wcm.iwrr.deployment

Post back relevant snippets if you need help understanding the log messages.

Yep, this is your issue, but it shouldn't be happening unless your install failed or you messed around with configs you shouldn't have. Ultimately, the Java code resolves this by running the "iwgethome" CLT, followed by (iwhome) + "/bin/" + "iwgetlocation iwmount". Make sure that both of those work and return the correct values.

the issue was due to there was zero-size iwgetlocation file.
I have deleted this and re rebuild the system and it started working.
