TeamSite Installation Problem

I'm getting following error when I initiate any of the workflow, even I'm getting this for "Default Submit Workflow".

TeamSite : Wrapper
Error: Installation problem: "%s" needs to be run as root.

What I have to do to rectify this issue. Is reinstallation only the solution for this problem. Also I'm unable to navigate to Administration

Was you Admin UI installation successful ?
Did you see any errors in the installer.log file ?

It might be as simple as setting up your Workflow Permissions. Check that first and then check logs and then think about reinstalling.

Did someone recently play around with the ownership and/or mode bits on files that live within IWHOME/bin, and/or IWHOME/httpd/iw-bin ? I'm thinking someone screwed up the setuid-root bits on some of the files that need to be setuid-root....
