TS upgrade issue 6.5 to 6.7.2

I am in the middel of TeamSite upgradation from 6.5 to 672 base version. During Installation I got the error - " Module.getInstallResult - caught exception : A mandatory Module ilog failed to complete IW_INSTALL_MODE_PREINSTALL phase
STACK TRACE :java.lang.Exception: A mandatory Module ilog failed to complete IW_INSTALL_MODE_PREINSTALL phase .....".

It's not allowing me to proceed with Installation.

Please let me know how to get rid off from this error and continue my installation process.

Check if there is enough disk space in temp folder of Windows Admin's home folder (with which you're installing Teamsite 6.7.2). Refer the KB article 59409 for more details.
