Callserver from javascript in a perl file

I have a perl file with embedded html. On the click of the "ok" button, i am calling a javascript where i can find out which value(there are radio butons no the form) has been selected. I have to pass this to create a new form based on the selected value. For the same, i am trying to do callserver inside the javascript. the code has been attached. please can someone help me with a solution. the callserver is not working.

To explain the code i have attached :
i have a sitemap which i am parsing and storing in a text file. next i am retrieving the data and creating the html form.
based on the page (radio button) the user selects, another form should open with the questions available for that page in the db.

callServer belongs to the FormAPI framework and as provided can not be used outside of DCT / FormAPI.

Your code shows quite heavy reverse engineering of the FormAPI JS Library. Your (somebody else?) code
tries to implement callServer outside of DCT by using private TS API. I hope you understand that this
is neither documented nor supported, you are on your own.

There are few easily identifiable problems with the code but that's besides the point. What I do not
understand is this: CGI Interface is by definition a mechanism for Browser / Server Communication.

You are already rendering all that from the Server Side. Whatever your client supposed to do with the
Page, you can post the resulting Form and get back to the same CGI script or to any other one depending
on the Form's action. Why would you need a callServer hacking to gain Server access that you already have
for free without it?!
