on your TeamSite server and get a copy of "User Interface Customization Guide".

Regarding the last suggestion - that should be: From the Support site get a copy of the "TeamSite User Interface Customization Guide" ... and read through it.

Also, iw-home/httpd/webapps/content_center is for TS pre-7.x.

JBoss (IW Application Container) replaced Tomcat (iwservletd) in 7.x, so this gets buried in JBoss' deploy folder which is not likely to be very useful to look at.
