Workflow initiation problem

Hi,
Im unable to initiate any of the workflows from content center.
Im getting error like

TeamSite: wrapper
Error: Installation Problem: "%s" needs to be run as root.

Please any one can give solution to my problem.

Is it working previously and suddenly stopped working ?

If that is the case then someone has played with setuid of the file.

When installation is performed, then some of the files like iw_cgi_wrapper.cgi, iwwft_instantiator.cgi, iwjobc , gets the setuid as root, and if they changed then this problem occurs.

Also What TS version and OS you are using ?

My teamsite version is 7.2.1 and OS is Linux.

My teamsite version is 7.2.1 and OS is Linux.

To check the setuid of the file, run the command "ls -al filename".

Example -
ls -al `iwgethome`/httpd/iw-bin/iw_cgi_wrapper.cgi

If the result is -rwsrwxr-x, then setuid Flag is set for that file.

if result is -rwxrwxrwx , then setuid flag is missing for that file.

If you have root level access, then set the root permission for that file(chmod 5775 `iwgethome`/httpd/iw-bin/iw_cgi_wrapper.cgi) or ask your system admin to set the root permission on that file.

You need to check other files also, it might happens that others files flag also been changed. You need to get the list of the files whose setuid flag is set when the teamsite is installed from the support.
