Interwoven Worksite Home facility error while logging in.

Dear Team,

We did a complete backup and restore of Interwoven worksite, App, Web, DB server, onto a new server on a different DC location. Before doing the restoration we first made an IP Swap, between the old and new servers, to ensure there would be no License clash. the restoration was successful, and the services were brought up, after the relocation. we are able to log in successfully, with the worksite admin id but when normal users are logging in the following error is getting displayed

Your home facility is not set properly or currently unavailable.

Please contact your support staff.


if we click on the back button we go to the home login page and if we click on continue the same message displays.

PS: All users, except the worksite admin user, are LDAP Authenticated & Synced. Request you to please help us with some solution, as we are running out of time.
