Metatagger issue it pick up original 'name' instead renamed at the time of tagging

working on Interwoven TeamSite 6.7.1 Service Pack 1 and facing Metatagger issue.

1. Imported a new document 5101.pdf

2. Tagged the document 5101.pdf using File -> Tag

3. Submitted a document using the workflow. This generated a 5101.pdf.xml file as well.

4. Renamed the same PDF to 51012.pdf using File -> Rename.

5. Tagged the renamed file using File -> Tag.

6. Still this taking 'File name' and 'Title' as 5101.pdf by default.(Notice the File Name field in the Tag Screen, it still shows the original file name).

7. Instead of using the default file name we should have to manually change the correct name at both of the place and Save and close.

8. Submitted using the workflow. It generates 51012.pdf.xml.

10. Inside content also we can see the correct tag name 'tuple-field name'.

As expected, after rename the pdf file this should pick up renamed 'File name' and 'Title' at the time of tagging.
Could you please suggest something on this?
