Teamsite\Livesite\ID

Hi,

We are using teamsite 7.1 on windows 2008 r2 platform.
We have configured custom datacapture.cfg to tag documents with metadata.

We have synced some already tagged documents (with metadta) from old teamsite 6.7 server on Teamsite 7.1 server.

However when we try to re-tag these document on our new server it returns a blank screen instead of loading a datacapture form.

if we create a new document and try tagging it, it works...

We have observed that it tagging works as expected when "Teamsite\Livesite\ID" metadata is already available in metadata list...

While tagging I am getting following lines in content_center.log file.

cant open Database IW_Livesite_QA requested by Login, Login Failed.
com.interwoven.ui.base.impl.command.CommandHandler () - command iw.ccpro.tag returned null.
Invalid serviceID/ClientID - Authentication Failed.

We dont have livesite services enabled on our server...

Please advice...
