FormsPublisher is the rendering engine for forms. It is the mechanism by which DCTs (datacapture.cfg files) are read and used to produce HTML forms, and the mechanism by which content within those forms are saved to DCRs (XML form records). FormAPI is the JavaScript library made available by FormsPublisher for implementing dynamic client-side functionality within a rendered form.
