iwsubmit returning null

Hello,

I have strange error ( though nothing displayed on screen).

We have a Workflow which have 1 external task which submits dcr, then pick up the dcr and generates the file ( not using PT, but custom xml transformation of same DCR) and later calls another external task to deploy the file using OD.

All was working normal until we discovered that the file generated in Second external task is not getting submitted (called using following command in my script)

`/opt/app/iw-home/bin/iwsubmit -u "$transformed_xml_path" ""`;
-------------------------------------

But strangely this is not submitting the File to Staging. !!! And the DCR gets submitted which is triggered by task.

I tried running the same command from console and i get no results returned on console.

[root@teamsxprd]$ /opt/app/iw-home/bin/iwsubmit -help
[root@teamsxprd]$ /opt/app/iw-home/bin/iwsubmit
[root@teamsxprd]$ /opt/app/iw-home/bin/iwsubmit

I further tested the same command on dev server and it works Normal.

When i issue above command in my other Teamsite server it displays the usage information. Like below:

-i info_comment second comment to attach to submit event
-f file_name file from which to read the vpath and file_comment
(use newline to separate vpath and file_comment)
(if file_name is -, stdin will be read)
vpath path to a file, directory, or workarea.
file_comment comment to attach to the file

Can some one help me to understand why 'iwsubmit' command is not working !!!

This workflow is not a new one, but a existing WF and which has not been changed recently.

Can some one throw some light on how to fix this ? Many Thanks in Advance.

Try iwsubmit for a sample file from one of you workareas giving full path. Did anyone configured your Submit.cfg Lately? also check if the file which you are trying to submit is not Private. What does the logs say? Do u see the file in Staging?
