I want to update the UI of TeamSite. After making modifications how do i rebuild the teamsite???I have the make_toolkit.ipl But need to know how to run that file..

It's clearly documented in User Interface Customization Guide

I have that document with me.But in that it is saying to issue the make_toolkit.ipl command in the command prompt.Can you plase explain how to issue the command in command prompt..

Try to read the document carefully, it is clearly mention in the document:
On the command prompt, go to iw-home/local/config/lib/content_center/customer_src
and run iw-home/iw-perl/bin/iwperl iw-home/bin/make_toolkit.ipl
