Customizing the Office Integration Menus

In the WorkSite Desktop Client Customization Guide for FileSite and DeskSite (8.5, English).pdf on page 61 in the paragraph Customizing the Office Integration Menus it lists some xlm files -
???? WordIntegrationCustomUI.xml
???? ExcelIntegrationCustomUI.xml
???? PowerPointIntegrationCustomUI.xml

It then states -
NOTE You can find these files attached to this manual.

However they do not appear to be attached.

Please can you tell me how to obtain them?
