Issues with Tagging DCRs

We are having issues tagging DCRs on our server. This issue was discovered when trying to deploy content via the OOTB Publish LiveSite Content workflow. Whenever we try to deploy any DCR, the workflow stalls at the tagging step. We end up just at a blank screen. We see the same behavior in TeamSite when we just try to tag an DCR in the system. Any other file outside of the templatedata directory tags properly and doesn't stop the workflow. But, as soon as we have a file underneath the templatedata directory, the tag feature hangs with a blank screen. We have this occurring with both the OOTB default rule set up for tagging and a custom rule that we tried putting in place for anything under templatedata. Please let me know if you ran into a similar issue or know how to resolve the issue. Any information would be helpful.

I'd suggest looking carefully through the logs, especially right after you try to tag something and you run into this problem (on Unix you can do a tail -1f of the log file, on Windows try to find an editor application that reloads files when they change - like TextPad) - I'd suggest looking at the logs in IWHOME/local/logs/iwui - since you didn't mention what version of TeamSite you're using, I'm not sure which log files you'll see there - but it will be a fairly large file (and not "access.log")
