Unable to submit file

TS 6.5

When I try to submit a locked file (locked by myself) I am getting an error message saying that I should select a file before I submit even when I had selected the file. I am having editor access.

An administrator user was able to submit the same.

Any pointers on this please. Appreciate your help in advance.

I did selected the file. Still it's showing the error.

Sounds like it could be a browser incompatibility issue. What browser are you using (vendor & version) on what OS (client machine)?

Hmm - well, TeamSite 6.5 was only officially verified on IE 6. Windows XP SP1 or SP2 are both officially supported as client platforms (I'm assuming the server OS is not Windows XP - right?)

It could still be an issue with IE8 - or with the JRE loaded into your copy of IE8.
Things to try / verify:

Last, but not least, consider upgrading from the ancient TeamSite 6.5 to at least 6.7.x if not 7.x -- though I don't think that's a specific answer to your issue (other than knowing that the later versions are officially supported on IE8)
