I added a custom link to the UI and i need to call a javascript code from that link.Please find me a solution....

As far as "supported" ways go, custom links can only call URLs and you can't attach JS events to them. You may need to rethink your design. If you provide details about what you're actually trying to accomplish, it's more than likely someone on these forums will have done something similar and can help you design a supported solution.
