Is there any administration UI for LSCS thro which we can see the log of lscs deployments and monitor the error that occur in the LSCS deployments?

Even though there is http://hostname:8181/lscs/admin/debugpanel/ which does not give any information on the deployment failures?

Depending on which application server you are using, like tomcat, look at the tomcat's log which LSCS outputs to.
