Modifying the "Modified By" attribute of the output file

Hi All,

I want to modify the "Modified By" attribute of an output file using a perl script. I tried using the iwextattr command but instead of modifying the existing "Modified By" attribute it creates a new one.
Please let me know if there is any other way of modifying this attribute.

Modified By is a file attribute, not an extended attribute - as such it is controlled by the OS. The only way to control it is to ensure that the proper process owner is used when the file is modified. Often this means ensuring that CGI and callServer scripts are run through iw_cgi_wrapper.cgi - however (at least from what I've seen in 7.x on Windows) that will only work if the user who is logged into TeamSite (and for whom you believe the process is being run) actually has [Windows] logon locally privileges.
