Workflow Modeler: How to retrieve taskid

Hi,
i'm using WFM and my teamsite 6.7.1.SP1 is running on LINUX.

I need to execute an external task that run a shell script (sh).

At the end of the shell i need to launch the iwcallback command to go to the next transition.
This command needs the taskid but i'm not able to retrieve.

How can i do?

Hi Yhochet,

For transition to next task you can use CallBack. CallBack does not require the taskId of the next task.

Here, i'm not using perl but shell script.

I believe I just answered this in another thread - Try looking at all the command line arguments you're script receives - the taskid is there, you're just not looking for / using it.

Correct - CallBack is actually TeamSite::WFTask->CallBack() - and it's definitely Perl and thus completely irrelevant to you're being able to do what you want in shell-script.

Of course, I'd rather write scripts in Perl than shell - but that's a completely different issue.
