Unable to give access permission for users in Teamsite

Hi,

I am unable to give access permission in Teamsite even though I have admin rights, when am trying to add displays an error "Interwoven webdaemon was unable to contact Interwoven servlet engine, Please contact your system adminstrator".

Can anyone help on this, what might be the root cause for it.

As of now, I'm using CLT's to give access permission. And I have seen the logs, most of the errors are unable to submit autoprivate.cfg, and submit.cfg in iwserver.log file.

Does these configuration files might have an impact on Teamsite??
