Sitemap in LS2.2.1

Hi,

When we create a new site in LS2.2.1 the default.sitemap is not created by default like in the higher versions. Only default.site is created by default.
Further I find no Sitemap tab here.

If anyone who has worked on LS2.2.1 can guide me out for the sitemap creation it would be much helpful.
