Common Issues in upgrading from 6.7.2 to 7.X

Hi, guys. I am a Rookie I terms of upgradation, and have recently bagged a project to do the same. As I am doing the same I am preparing a checklist, can some of the more experienced guys provide me with some common issues in the same. ex problems with IIS, ISAPI filters. Anything would help.
