Hi,

While previewing the DCR a window opens and error comes "You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials you supplied."

I am working as an administrator, still I am getting this error.

Can anyone tell what could be the issue

Assuming you are working with TS 6.7.x or later (you didn't specify) are you logged in as someone with TS administrator role on the particular branch you're within? (are you sure?)
Also, are you logged in as someone who is a member of the group-for-sharing privileges for that workarea and are you sure that you are a member of the group associated with that workarea and all the necessary directories within at the OS-level (this should be the same as the group-for-sharing, but is not always)

Hi,

Its Teamsite 6.5. I am logging in as whichever role or user its showing same error.
The temp file of that preview is been made in the workarea. The workarea has the rights to that user or group. Is there any configuration regarding it in iw.cfg or any otherconfig file?

Thanks

Please specify the Operating System also.

1. Is this error coming only on preview or same thing happing for generate also?
2. Is it happing for all templates or for certain templates?
3. Check for restrictions in tempating.cfg
4. If you are on windows using IIS, check whether TSIMP_hostname account is setup correctly.
