CONFIGURABLE VARIABLE IN EMAIL Task

I have a configurable variable set in the initiation screen.
I want to capture this in one of my tasks , later during the workflow and print it.
The task I want to print this valus in is the email task which uses the OOB xsl (JobNotification.xsl)
Can someone pl point me to how this could be done, basically I want to print the value of this CONFIGURABLE variable within the email and send it to the users via email.

You have to assign the Configurable Variable to a Job Variable (or phrased another way, define a Job Variable using the Configurable Variable) - then you can reference the job variable within the XML that's produced to perform the email notification - however, you'd have to customize the XSL since the OOTB XSL won't be looking for your job variable.
