WFM in 7.3

When do Iwstat to check status,
Store Status
default Running
iwadmin Running
workflow Running
Its says Workflow is running, But when i got to
http://localhost/iw-wfm/action/iw/wfm.ui its says
iwproxy was unable to open a connection to: ServerName:81
Reason: Transport endpoint is not connected.

can anybody suggest, where i need to check.

Can you check if you are able to preview the images? I think you wont since the customer webserver port (81) seems to be blocked/ Not released? Are you on windows or solaris?

For unix check: netstat -an | grep 81

Also it is worth to check your webserver configuration.

Your web server is not running. It should be configured to run on port 81 but if it is Apache, then it may not be configured to auto start

I believe you want to modify the command a bit:

netstat -an | grep :81

However, as Nipper already indicated based on the output you posted, there is nothing currently listening on port 81 - which is likely to be your problem (in part or in whole)

You can also check the proxy configuration settings in iw.cfg file and make sure exact proxy server & port is given. We also experienced the same issue. By correcting it the issue got resolved.

Hi, I recently face similar issue (iwproxy was unable to open a connection to: ServerName:81) on TS 7.3.1 installation on RH Linux 5.3.
Below two steps resolved it for us:
1. Ensuring iw.cfg contain Teamsite server host name and port 81 for customer_webserver_port
2. Starting Linux Apache web server. If you have split installation of apache on linux then /etc/httpd should be the root directory of apache.

start command:- /usr/sbin/apachectl -f /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
stop command:- /usr/sbin/apachectl stop
