Targetting | New Condition ?

I want to create new condition but having seen all pdf and article everywhere is written like this :

Log in to ContentCenter Professional.

•From the File menu, click New Condition.

But I am not able to find New Condition link in the file menu.

does it require UI customization or some special i have to do ?

Having targetting lic and this is fresh installation.

TS 7.2 and LS

If your license truly has targeting, then check what Role you are using.

Not certain what roles are able to do that, but certainly not all. Also how are your permissions in the workarea ?

Copy & paste your TS.lic like this:

DOMAIN=NoDomain
HYPERTHREADING=true
REPORTCENTER=true
SITEPUBLISHER=true
Comments=--CPUs count refers to the Total Virtual CPUS/Threads on the SERVERTYPE=Evaluation
PRODUCT=TS
TARGETING=true
EXPIRES=20120116
CPUS=1
STORES=1

You can remove the key.

That will help us in helping you better.

Still now resolved, this is not lic issues.
