FormAPI error - TS 721

jayantb

I have recently upgrade TS version from 6.5 to TS 7.2.1. After successful upgradation everything is wokring fine in browser IE 8 but getting below Error for FireFox 3.6.11
Diabling FormAPI...
FormAPI functionality is available for IE browsers 5.5 and above only.

As per release notes TS721 should work fine on FF 3.X as it's working fine in IE8

Thanks for the suggestion but all our users have FF3.x on their machine.

Is anyone know about the root case of this issue and any resolution for this same?

Appreciate your suggestions !

IMO FormAPI works fine with IE browser(s).

With FF there is always some issues.

what errors are you getting? You cant just say that it is not working and stop there?

install firebug plugin if you dont have it installed and then look at what errors are you getting? it could be errors with in your custom JS code. FF is more strict than IE and usually it is better and less buggy than IE.
