Teamsite preview is not working on solaris10

Hi,

I have installed TS7.1 on solaris10. When i try to open any file for preview, the preview is not working. It is showing message as "Webpage can not be found" 404 not found.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Do you have a "customer webserver" installed and configured on your TeamSite server?

Hi Ghoti,

Customer webserver has been installed and configured. I made an directory entry in httpd.conf for /iwmnt and now i am able to preview html page only but not any other files. When i try to preview images or xmls, i am getting blank screen.

This could be a MIME Type setting and/or a need to configure [iwproxy_smartcontextedit_allowed] in the iw.cfg (I usually disable it completely or just enable it for htm/html files)
