Is there a Default setting to set group id to the OS group for any file or directory when ever it is created from file menu or generated/regenerated from CCpro?

I am on TS 6.7.2 on Linux.

By default a users primary group is assigned to an asset - no way to change this behavior, but there are workarounds...
- change the permissions with submit.cfg
- utilize SGID, so that files inherit the group of the dir

I am looking for any iw.cfg settings, I am aware of the Set GId
