Which version of MediaBin? Was it working before?Evidently, you've got a problem with the database, so the mbp log will (should) contain the reason. If you don't know what the reason means, post the relevant portion of the log here.

Post your server details?did you modify the database ? or a recent upgrade ?you can find log files in the installation directory-Vin
