Tomcat Turbo??

I want to be able to virtualize workareas in an Apache Tomcat server, sort of like TeamTurbo works. But I don't actually have one of those products. I am pretty sure this can be done and I have been hacking at it a bit. I was just wondering if anyone had previously done it and had all the regex-es and mappings configured.
