I think it's a browser issue which has something to do with cache.

Restarting the server might fix if some other known issues

What is the TeamSite version?

I had similar issue with TeamSite 7.2.0 - RHEL. All the tabs in Administration window were working fine in Firefox, but not in IE 6/7/8. Later we moved to 7.2.1 (where it worked fine in both IE and FF), so didn't get chance to troubleshoot this.

Did you try re-installing Administration module?

Is it working in Firefox? If not, check if IR is returning results. Run \Interwoven\CommonServiesClient\bin>iwirstat . If it returns results correctly, i would stop Jboss and \Interwoven\ApplicationContainer\server\default\work\ and rename the jboss.web to something else and restart Jboss and see if it works.

If IRstat command does not results, try restarting JBoss service. I would also look into the server.log and admin.log in the Jboss installation directory for errors.

Although iwirstat provides correct result.

Restarting the server fixed the issue temporarily, but it is seen again.
