I believe the answer is "no", at least not in the manner that you are probably trying to do (or think about) it.

What you can do is have the usertask or grouptask followed immediately by a cgitask which can then pop-up the window. Note however that for a cgitask following a grouptask you need to set up an iwat trigger to dynamically change the owner of the cgitask to the owner of the preceding grouptask when ownership is taken. I've only been able to do this in Perl, and the last time I did something like this on Windows we ran into a problem where the iwat trigger script would only fire off if the owner of the job had logon locally privileges to the TS server - your results may vary.

As I indicated - the only way (I can think of) to do what you want involves using a CGI Task directly after the User or Group Task.
Putting a CGI Task after a User Task is trivial, you code it so that both have the same owner and you make the CGI Task have the immediate="t" set.
Putting a CGI Task after a Group Task is more difficult for the reasons I previously stated, and thus you need to use the iwat trigger script mechanism to make it "appear" to be identical to having a CGI Task following a User Task.

As for what you get in the iwat trigger script - I suggest you read through the threads I pointed you at - they explain what you get and/or how to determine what you get - do a little bit of experimentation and you should be able to verify for yourself exactly what you get.
