Instantiation screen and customization

If a user can use more that one workflows, then when he clicks submit for a job, he is provided with a list of workflows to choose from. This list is populated according to the controls in the available_templates.cfg.
After selecting a workflow, in the next screen, user can provide name of the job and description. This screen can be customized with TAG_info and CGI_info.
Can we customize the fist screen, where user is proided a list of workflows to choose from ? If yes, how ? Or this screen is inbuilt configured with TeamSite installation ?

The only [supported] customization of the first screen is through the naming of the workflows, which determines the order they are presented in (alphabetic) and as a result, the first one listed is always pre-selected. By using leading white-space and/or underscore characters and such, you can get a workflow that might otherwise appear later in the list to be the first (and pre-selected) one in the list - that's about it.
