Custom functionality for "Import" file option

When importing files to workarea i need to convert the doc files to WML format.How can i add this feature along with the importing functionality..??

You would need to create your own custom import utility (code) and add it to the UI (configuration). The latter part is covered (at least somewhat) in the User Interface Customization Guide - the first part requires custom code, and thus you have to work it out yourself (with whatever you can find in the forums here and via google) - though I'm not quite sure I understand what making a DOC file into WML format means; I'd think you'd have to first covert it into HTML/XML and then figure out what you need to do beyond that to make it WML.
