TS 7.2.1 install failing

TS 7.2.1 failing on Solaris 10.
After 1 1/2 hr of running through the installation process, we received a message popup that "IR Service is not Up" and the installation quit.
We have submitted a case to support, but so far no leads. We were told that this is a known issue and they have a fix for Windows, but nothing for linux/solaris
Any updates please share
