WFM: Unknown Hopi error(No such teamsite user)

This is a "public service announcement" FYI.
I ran into this problem this morning working in the following environment:[indent]WFM 7.2.1 on WindowsXP client attempting to connect to TS 7.2.1 running on Linux[/indent]That doesn't mean that this is limited to that specific environment, just that this is where I encountered it, I imagine that it may apply to any Unix TS implementation.

I started up WFM and got the Login window, I then proceeded to fill in the form:

It turns out that the "trick" here was to change the Domain field to a space character (it won't let you proceed if you just leave it completely blank) - then I had no problems getting connected.Hopefully the above will help someone else if they run into this confusing issue.

Assuming that the user account is local you can also use the server name in the domain field and that should work.

I guess I should have mentioned that the user accounts are [currently] local OS accounts authenticated via PAM/LDAP - which may or may not play a role in the scenario.

Un-related to your main post, but do you have any pointers for getting PAM/LDAP authentication working on RHEL and TS 7.3.1 with local OS accounts?

We are bogged down with iwauthend reporting errors such as:

iwauthend: pam_ldap: ldap_set_option(LDAP_OPT_X_TLS_REQUIRE_CERT): Unknown error
iwauthend: pam_ldap: _set_ssl_default_options failed
iwauthend: pam_ldap: ldap_set_option(LDAP_OPT_X_TLS) Unknown error

We have followed the manual and created a teamsite service file under /etc/pam.d but still no luck

Any help appreciated
