Ext.Fly error when creating new role IN TS 7.2

On first full install, I was able to create one role before this error appeared. Now I get this evertime I try to create or edit any role. Uninstalled entire TS installation and reinstalled. Second time, I was able to create 3 roles before this error appeared. Interwoven support said never been reported before, now escalated. Wondering if anyone has seen this. Only saw on 7.2, I have 7.1 server and have not seen this.
