TeamSite Workflows Email format issue

Hi all,

We are having an issue related to emails generated through TeamSite workflows. Emails generated by TeamSite should display in Outlook as:

Last Name, First name
However they are displayed as FROM: firstname.lastname@zzzzzz.com.

For Example: A mail from Bill.Mills@zzzzzz.com should be displayed in Outlook as from Mills, Bill. But it is displayed as from Bill.Mills@zzzzzzzzz only.

We are using $IW_HOME/local/config/wft/solutions/iw_solution_email.ipl in our workflows to send emails. There is no configuration done in /usr1/app/interwoven/TeamSite/local/config/wft/solutions/email_map.cfg.

I tried to do some changes using tag iwov_emailmap in workflows custom_headers.tpl file but got no sucess.

Is there any way to overcome this issue?

Enable debugging in iw_solution_email.ipl and look at the generated output for the headers - what do they show as the email addresses being used?
