TinyMCE for Componenet and Template

Hi,

When we add a Tinymce for component then the Toolbar/option are more.

When we add the same in a template then the Toolbar/options are less.

We are using the default tinymce and have not done any customization. need help to understand where the tinymce in component is picking the customization from.

I'd suggest you look at (i.e.: read) the TeamSite FormsPublisher Developer's Guide for information on customizing TinyMCE in DCRs and the TeamSite Site Developer Guide for information on customizing TinyMCE in SitePublisher Components

I have read the related sections of this two guide, but seems no way to add toolbar/options in existing toolbars for Formpublisher(DCT). as we can not use those addBefore, addAfter like sitepublisher.
It seems we can only either use default toolbars or use custom toolbars. Actually, this request is come from:
1. if we use default toolbars, there is no media icon to allow user insert flash;
2. if we use custom toolbars, for those custom/plugin image/media toolbar, there's no browse button to allow user insert assets from teamsite.

Also, anybody know where this tinymce source come from in both Formpublisher and Sitepublisher. Beside those files under iw/tinymce, is there any other related files?

There are two javascript files at same location that is used for TinyMCE configurations.
In component/.page file TinyMCE configuration is being handled by "tiny_mce_src.js and for FormPublisher "tiny_mce.js" (if i recall correct).

So you have to look into those files. Make sure you should keep backup before any modifications.

one has to do configuration changes using plugins, its the easiest and more efficient way to customize, tinyMCE.
