reverse deploy failing

***ERROR - Receiver has rejected sender -- nack :6.2.0.0.0

I am getting this error on a rev deploy sol10 to sol10. I have added the ch node to its odbase.xml and also have the allowed dir set on the reverse source. I can find no other errors in the logs. Where else can I look for a reason.

- Can you Deploy Directly between these two Servers?
- Is there a Firewall between the two? Can you "telnet" from the receiver to Base on whatever Port OD is set with?
- Have you configured odbase "allowedHosts" section?

Unfortunately, getting NACK instead of ACK seems to have many causes in OD, like networking issues, insufficient
disk space on Target, permissions and whatnot

Yes a while ago and I am not sure of wiat might have changes if anything

- Can you Deploy Directly between these two Servers?
Deployments work fine as advertised.

- Is there a Firewall between the two? Can you "telnet" from the receiver to Base on whatever Port OD is set with?
No firewall and I can telnet.

- Have you configured odbase "allowedHosts" section?

If it has worked before then it is not syntax issue, it might help more if you post sufficient piece of your log file, there might be some other errors you missed.
Run your deployment again and post both src and rcv log file.

For completeness sake - what version of OD is running on the Base Server and what version is running on the Receive (double-check in case someone upgraded one of them when you weren't looking).

I have solved the issue.

I had the local host in the deploy config defined as "ControlHub" and in the servers definitions I had ControlHub set as "thisHost.x.y". In the odbase I had "thisHost.x.y" set for the allowed hosts. Apparently that was a poor assumption. I set the localHost to "thisHost.x.y" and it worked.
