TagUI error

When running a tag task through the workflow, or tagging a file from the file menu, we receive this error "the Interwoven web Daemon was unable to contact the Interwoven Servlet Engine. The Interowven Servlet Engine may be down, or running on an unexpect host or port. Please contact your system adminstrator.".

I see this error in error.log - proxy: error reading from remote server returned by /iw-cc/tag, referer: http://[ts_server]/iw-bin/iw_cgi_wrapper.cgi/iwmetadaata.cgi.

This was just working and no new code has been installed.

I have tried iwreset -a, iwreset -ui, iw.server stop | start, iwaccess stop | start.

There are probably other questions to ask, but you would have saved a bunch of time by making sure to include the above kind of information when making the post in the first place.Always try to think "what information would I need to diagnose this issue if I had no access to the site / server in question?" - and then provide it.

Yes servletd is running. We are able to login, and do everything except tag files.

I've checked all of the other logs and the only error i see is in error.log
