TeamSite - IE 8 issue

I am getting the attached JS error when I click on Edit in TeamSite. It is observed for IE8 browser only.

But this occurs only on few machines and not all. On other machines Edit is working fine. User has to us Ctrl+Edit to edit the DCR.

Is there anything that need to enable/disable in the browser setting to fix this issue?

Assuming you have tested this with the same DCR files on different machines, you should check and compare the popup blocking section. The Ctrl button is used to bypass some blocking. If you do no press Ctrl and click Edit, what does it do?

It I press the Edit, it takes some time and popsup the error message I attached and doesn't allow me to Edit the DCR.

Is JS disabled for IE 8 ?

Check the security settings.
