Interwoven Teamsite Service not getting started

Hello,

We have freshly installed Teamsite 7.1, which went successfully. But the problem we are facing is whenever we are trying to start "Interwoven Teamsite" service, its automatically getting stopped. I am attaching a portion of iwtrace log and iwserver log.

Environment : Windows Server 2003 R2, service pack 2
2.80 Ghz processor, 8 GB RAM

Could you please help me in resolving this issue. Thanks in advance

Check for the validity of the license.

[Tue Sep 07 17:30:27 2010] ERROR: Please look at E:\Interwoven\TeamSite\local\logs\iwtrace.log for more information" in server log.

Is your TS backing store located on network storage? If so, check if you have any connectivity issues.

Check messages from your iwtrace log around the same time stamp

If the backing store is located on a NAS / SAN device, you need to read KB 49040 (support site) to ensure that you have an account properly set up and the TS service properly configured to use it.

You can also get that error if you do not limit the number of NT domains in iw.cfg

If this is 64-bit, it won't work. We had the same kinds of errors on 64-bit. Re-imaged to 32-bit and the install was successful.

Thanks Guys for valuable replies. I think what ReggieRWalker is saying is the cause that after successful installation of TS 7.1, the service is not running continuely. 64 bit system is preventing Interwoven Teamsite Service to run. We are now going to workout either by:

1. Reimaging server as 32 bit system

[or]

2. Installing Teamsite 7.2 as; per Release notes, TS 7.2 support 64 bit.
