Error while running a new Job of Workflow

Hi,

I am working on Teamsite 6.5.
While running a new job of workflow I am getting a error alert. Attach is the zip file showing the error alert image. This workflow is based on example wft of cgi_task_test.wft. Can anyone help me out and tell me what could be the issue.

Seems like you are goiing the right way, since you have took OOTB workflows , there is clear explanation given in the WF development PDF about the same and how to debug it in case it is throwing an error. All you need to do is figure out what went wrong there, from the error it is quite clear that workarea path is not visible to your workflow see why it is not visible? thats a good start.

Now I am able to proceed in that workflow and with no errors coming, but only when I select a folder or file while initiating the workflow. In that example its mention that selecting a file is an option. Is this thing controlled out of the .wft file or something like that? I dont want to select that file while initiating the workflow.

Yes everything is controlled from you wft file itself, if you are using a workflow Constructor then there is properties file which does give you the functionality.
