Can nested container works in Browser UI?

I am using a nested container in my attached datacapture.cfg. Using the Browser UI templating, I am not able to switch the container options. However, this cfg works if I am using the Java UI templating.
May I know if it is a known bug in TeamSite, or there is something wrong with my datacapture.cfg?
FYI. I am using TeamSite 5.5.2

I just discovered that having ' in the label elements would cause the container to malfunction.
