Not able to login into Workflow Modeler 7.1

After entering all the credentials

Error is thrown saying connection with the server cannot be estabilished check the logs

On checking the log shows this error message

Yes it is installed and running.
I am able to access the URl from the browser

The detailed log after enabling the log4j is attached.

Log says access service is not available

However it is accessbile with this url
http://tserver:12973/iw/services/cm/2.0/accessservice

http://xxxxx/iw/services/cm/2.0/accessservice not working

where is configuration for this webservice?

I do restart the Teamsite and no luck
